I watched an informative Oprah once and she was showing the ingredients of all mahor soft drink brands and sugar and caffeine content. It made me quick sick. Needless to say, I'm really glad I dont have a particular love of Mountain Dew or regular Coke.

Max is bad enough.

The most disgusting pop I ever had is called Ale 8. They only make it in Lexington, Kentucky, or something (where they probably call it "coke" since every soft drink in the south is called "coke" ) I tried it for the first time last night. It was diet, 'cause they didn't have any regular left, but I was told that the regular isn't much better than the diet.
