it's official #U2 in the trash!!!!!!!!

just now i went out to get some food at jack-in-the box.
on my way back home, i passed by the trash dumpster in my parking lot.
i noticed what looked to be an old black and white photo (in a frame) that someone had leaned up against the dumpster to get rid of as i approached the curve where the dumpster is.
i though "hmm, i wonder what that's a picture of". so i slowed down as i passed the dumpster and couldn't believe when i saw!!!!
it was a u2 rattle and hum poster!!!
the black and white one of them all sitting on th e floor and edge is playing gueetar.
the only thing wrong with the frame is it's missing two of the sides, but it's just one of those cheap poster frames that can easily be replaced. i may even have some extra pieces of frame around here somewhere.

of course i jumped out of the car and rescued it!

and it was a poster that i don't even have!

there must have been some divine intervention working there for me to go out at this time and see the poster

i really can't believe the condition it was in or why someone would want to get rid of it i really couldn't believe when i saw it up against the dumpster. throwing u2 away i guess at least they cared enough to lean it up against the dumpster so someone like me could take it

OMC, that's the poster John bought me.

I left it at his place though cuz I didn't want it to get damaged on the plane. I loved it so much that we took it with us everywhere.
