It has been decided by the Office of U2 Security to lower the U2 Album Advisory Threat Level to a Blue, or Guarded Threat Level. Although Blue is normaly a good color, i.e. the blue crack, in this case, the blue means that we have so little clue as to what the hell is going on over at Hanover Quay that a lowering of the threat level became neccesary.
