We're in the process of changing ISP's. My dad's name is Lloyd, but someone at the cable company wrote that down as Floyd, and now I'm going through all sorts of trying to get the e-mail name consistent. Some people can't spell.

I just got back after two days of the Computer Issues From Hell. The guy just left after installing our cable and didn't tell us *anything*. I'm glad we have the new connection, but man, I went through absolute hell getting my Outlook Express configured right. I finally figured it out just this morning.
