Finally got mine done today and it's in the mail. But I am getting back a small refund from them.

My friend was taxed when he was working when he was at uni and he shouldnt have been, last week he got 5 years worth of taxes back, he has bought himself a laptop and he still has more to spend.

neh, there never has been much money to be made in doing tax forms for the avarage person anyway
people with small businesses can save themselves a lot of money by having someone with some added fiscal knowledge doing their taxes
so they'd be more willing to pay for this service
