So we're having the figure skating national championships this weekend and I'm stuck without a VCR to tape them on because the idiots who were supposed to have the TV room fixed two months ago haven't even finished painting the damn thing and all of my stuff is disconnected. I can't tape *anything*. I want to kill someone.

I just signed onto two skating listservers and have posted notes asking for help with this. I shouldn't have any trouble, about half my skating tapes come from other people I've run into over the years. Nationals is usually a pretty messy competition anyway, what with a gazillion falls and such, Worlds is always much better. If I can't tape that stuff in March I'll riot.
