It's Official - I'm out of shape

I cleaned out my gutters on my house on Sunday. Obviously I needed to climb ladders. Well, let me tell you, my hamstrings are killing me !!

yes - the worst is when you start climbing stairs and get winded after one or two flights... it's really depressing, in fact.

time to invest in gutter guards (to eliminate the need to climb ladders each fall/winter to clean them out)




I think I'll choose the latter (no pun intended)
