*is getting skerd of going to california now*

No, no, no...all that stemmed from a creep that acosted the girls at the Propaganda show earlier this year...BAW, Icelle, Shannon and Martha were minding their own business and this drunk (not me) is harrassing them about personal things...i.e. bubble baths, soaking, pedicures and the like...until, your hero, bumps the SOB off into the night....! never fear..! CA will be safe!!! :)

Is this thing cool?

I could go to it, but is there a lot I would miss if I didn't?

Anyone been to one before?

Its cool! Never been one here to the best of our knowledge but the Cleveland one rocked from what I've seen on video and what BAW said...she and many other Interlanders went there..give it a chance....opportunity to put some faces and names together for a good cause; have a few beers, listen to music...I likken it to a street fair with a U2 theme except that its indoors.

And besides if you're in LA its only 35 miles out!

C'mon, Ody, all the cool people will be there.
Everyone else is doing it.
You'll be square if you don't go.
We'll like you more if you go.
People will laugh at you if you don't go.

:hmm: I need to think of other peer pressure things to say.

I went to the one in Cleveland a year ago, and it was a blast! I saw two U2 tribute bands in one weekend. It was like going to two mini U2 concerts back to back. The Hard Rock was packed, and everybody was dancing and singing to all of the songs. It was awesome! It was also nice to do some U2 shopping of course. But I made lots of new friends, and it was nice to put names with faces too.

MR CLANCY....

You MUST come to Toronto!

We can have a half-day holled up in room drinking and btiching out the college football games on TV - OR - fend off hangovers watching NFL before we have to head back!
