it's official #I went to the Faire

I went to a huge meeting of medieval re-enactors this past weekend. Aside from a misadventure which involved leaving a pair of shoes in a motel room, which I had to make a special trip today to pick up, I had a great time, wearing a costume and pretending like I was a character in the Middle Ages.

I ren faires!! I didn't get to go this year, but they are so much fun. Do you have pics of your costume?

I love to go to these. This is the first year that Pittsburgh didn't have one.

No, I don't have pix............I wish I did but I'm leery of cameras after several misadventures losing the things. They're too expensive to lose.

I've never been to a faire like this, but I hope I get to go to one someday...

They really sound nice to go to
