Ok, well, not my colon... BUT let's face it... it's a new evolution in IO... hardly anyone uses the # correctly...

Case in point:

It's Official #: I suck

# is usually followed by a numeral number... In which the example above is a

So what to do?

Allow me to present the colon ":"

I propose this symbol ":" to be the grammatically correct use for IO.

For example-->

It's Official: I'm Getting Married (Notice the flawless spelling)

=OR=

It's Official: My Brother's Dead Meat (Notice the all caps in title)

=OR=

It's Official: Get Me Out of Here (Notice prepositions are never capitalized in title)
