Dell cancelled my laptop order and won't tell me why....after almost a week of screwing me around on the phone. The only thing I know is that they were running a fraud check on me last week and now my order has been cancelled, so I have to find a new computer somewhere else. I guess it's because I have a US bank account and I'm having the computer delivered to the UK. Anyway, this'd better not go on my permanent record or anything. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I'd keep calling them until you get it resolved, and maybe call your bank too and tell them the problem you had.

I'm sure if you called your bank meggie they could confirm with Dell that you're not a fraud! :|
 
The problem is that calling my bank would cost me ?????. I'll just give the money to Sam and have him order the laptop. Probably NOT from Dell. :down:
 
It's about the same, and I'd have to buy a seperate pluggy thing since mine wouldn't work, and I wouldn't have the same tech support. :slant:
