When I was in high school, I was a trainer...you know, taping up the athlete's ankles and such. Anyway, when you tape an ankle, first you put this pre-tape stuff on but before that you spray this extra sticky stuff so the pre-tape will stay put.

That extra sticky stuff works GREAT for boobs in dresses, bathing suits on pagent gals, etc. (yes, I'm in Texas too). So if you're still looking, try a sporting goods place like Academy and go to the "taping" products.
