i made chicken vino bianco the other night for my husband and parents. it's one of my husband's favourites, he says it tastes as good as it does from a restaurant. i'm flattered. :blush:
also, a couple weeks ago i made my delicious casserole. i guess it's more mexican than italian, but it's pasta shells with ground chuck, cheese, tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc.
when i cook i prefer to make things from scratch. it can be kinda costly though. but it's cheaper in the long run. to make chicken vino bianco for 3-4 people is about $9, as opposed to $8 for ONE at olive garden.
also, the wine i had to get (well, my mom bought it obviously lol) was disgusting. it's a dry wine and i choked when my husband made me try a sip. i'll stick with my brandy.
