and no, I'm not talking about Coldplay here. Today at work (meaning Friday) I spent a good hour or so hanging, setting, and cleaning about 20 clock faces only to come home and have ABEL remind me that the damn daylight savings change is tomorrow night!

Coldplay was the first thing to spring to mind...

Do you know it's unlucky to send a Chinese person a clock as a present? Clock in Chinese is "zhong" and send is "song", so "song zhong" would mean "send a clock"...unfortunately it sounds a bit too much like another 'song zhong' which means funeral.

Ah, daylight saving time in this country started last weekend.

I had my own little embarassing moment as I remembered that the clocks changed, but thought they went back instead of forward. Therefore I woke up at what I thought was 7am but turned out to be 9am. Eeeek. Explaining why I wasn't able to go campaigning was slightly embarssing.
