It's Official: Black & white U2 video

Hello all!

I need 2 know the name of the song for this U2 video filmed in black and white I saw the other day on MTV. Its really a beautiful piece of music. In the video, I remember the camera following this woman around down a trail (I think) she looks French???? then somehow at or towards the end of the video Larry and The edge end up in the ocean somehow posing for the camera and I think that part was in colour???? hope this helps I must have this song.
