IO Handyman Union Rules and Regulations: Item 4.5 subsection 189a.2943 (and I qoute)

".....by no means shall you fix PLEBA at any time. The PLEBA Mansion and all of its surrounding property is under the authoirty or lack there of, of admins and Mods. No general repairs should be made by the self-imposed It's Official handyman. He must remain in the "green Room" to handle any such repairs in Salomeytown - and watch out for Salomeytown Saloon thiefs - As for PLEBA, it is always broken, so don't try fixin' it......"
