at work last night, one of my co workers said I reminded him of the pinky and the brain

although, depending on the context, neither one is all that positive, unless you are talking about humorous elements. Of course, context and intent change everything.

ALTHOUGH (see what all CAPS can do for a post?) if they said you remind them of both simultaneously, it could be viewed as a compliment in that you are a well balanced person in the way that Pinky and the Brain balance each other out.
