There's the loudest car alarm that goes off every night by my window at around midnight.. I cant even explain how it makes me.

I wonder if you can file noise complaints for car alarms that go off every night like that. We have the same issue here.

When the people I used to live next door to got a new car, they had the alarm so sensitive that airplanes would set it off.

I lived about a mile from the airport, at the end of the runway.

There are cars here who constantly go off when trucks (or other vehicles with loud engines) go by.
