The battery is between the bed and the wall. Get to the view with the bed, go to the right and then click in the lower left corner (where the purple floor is smaller). You will now look between the bed and the mattress and find the battery.

I don't understand the albino black sheep link. I put a lot of stuff on the ballon and it got stuff growing out of it.....
