Buca Di Beppo has an amazing pizza with a bed of mashed potatos on it. Heavy, but oh so good.

Alrighty then what is the name of this specialty pizza??

I don't know there just seems to be something terribly wrong with putting mashed potatoes on a Pizza but I guess I'll have to take your word for it..man I hate when that happens

I just checked out there website - and it is not listed anywhere. I believe it is a nightly special. Probably once a week or something.

Are you Ontario? There are three Buca's in Michigan - I believe all near Detroit.

Angela Harlem, to make the best mashed potato on earth, you have to beat the Outback Steakhouse's potatoes (you prolly never heard of that resterant either ). I would gladly kill for them, and trust me if there was ever a true lover of mashed potatoes, it is I

so send some over please, and I'll let you know!!

More butter indeed foracious. And a bit of salt. And of course milk

BabyG I suggest we do a swap and see about this: I will send you some of mine, and you can email me some of this outback stuff.
Yeah?
