I'm trying to secretly brainwash my brother. he doesn't know it though......
He only knew Beautiful Day and Elevation, but now because of me, he likes alot more of their songs. and in the car rides he actually sings along to some of their songs. he seems to really enjoy SBS too

My brother is in a hyper-Christian cult (no, really it is classified as a cult) and he listens to Rave music and Rap but not to U2 It is inexplicable.

I think it's because you're a girl. My parents never let me do anything alone.
I 'ran away' to Las Vegas when I was 18 and lived fine, proved them wrong.

My mom said the same thing to me a few days ago- that I should give up my plan to go to the Vegas U2 show. I told her that we could totally go to the Vegas show. We could our Delta buddy passes, stay at my cousin's condo, and use her car. She told me that I should be focused on school and finding a place to live. I was so mad.
But, you'll see, when November comes around, my life will be in order and I'm going to that damn concert.
If I don't, I'll regret it deeply and carry even more deep resentment towards my mom. The evil statue in my life.

I'm thinking about going to the second Vegas show by myself,
course my mom doesn't like that idea too much. If I can get a tix under face I'll probably be going
