My friend had come home from work one day, her seven year old son pointed out that her fly was open. She wasn't wearing any panties and she called me horrified.

Another time, we are walking into a nightclub, feeling good, looking good. My same friend is wearing a blue top that is very revealing, if you pulled one side over you'd expose her whole breast.
Her impatient friend grabs her by the shirt, totally exposing her right breast and she doesn't even notice for like 2 minutes. A whole bunch of people saw this moment.

I was once in a bar fight and when I looked down I saw that my shirt had flipped up, revealing my whole chest. Of course the whole bar saw it, because they all were watching the fight!
