just some of the fascinating terms I get to use everyday - I actually think in jargon now
 
PE - physical exam
WNL - within normal limits
NSF - no significant findings
BG - blood glucose (and/or my initials)
EENT - Eyes/Ears/Nose/Throat
WBC - white blood count
UA - urinalysis
SID, BID, TID - once, twice, three times daily
SG - specific gravity
ORL - odontoclastic resorptive lesion
BUN - blood urea nitrogen
ALT - alanine aminotranferase
LRS - lactated ringers
BM - bowel movement
FIE - feline inappropriate elimination
v/d - vomiting/diarrhea
c/s - coughing/sneezing
bbf - baby food (the dumbest abbreviation I've seen them come up with)

Just a few I get to use everyday :)
