IO: i'm still at work

got here at 8:30 am.

still here at 8:30 pm.

didn't get to the gym this morning.

won't happen this evening.

had to eat a whole bagle (all those carbs!!!) with veggie cream cheese (veggie to trick myself into thinking i was being healthy) in order to prevent myself from passing out from hunger. i have delicious organic apples from Whole Foods in my drawer, but did i eat those? no. i had the bagle. with cream cheese.

the janitors are vaccuming around my feet.

ow. she just banged my left big toe.



some of the lights have gone off.

and i'm still underpaid.



still, at least i can afford blue crack ...

well, i did go for a nice run this morning. nothing like inhaling car fumes at 7am. especially the extra-expensive, extra-polluting fumes that fart out of the back of all those silly SUVs that have no place in DC, a city built long before there were cars.



i'm now back in the office.

in an ideal world, i'd go lift after work.

i don't see that happening.
