I just found out that my local tv channel is chosing not to show Lost or Alias tonight
They are going to show a college basketball game between two teams that aren't in my viewing area!
Usually I wouldn't get so mad but these are the only tv shows I watch and they are both brand new episodes

I only used to watch a couple of shows as well but I just got sick of it. Similar reasons to you. Sport seems to take a priority. Other shows would be moved, played out of sequence, episodes missed out entirely. (Im thinking about the Xfiles when I say this)

So I just gave up. If I watch any tv at all now its on rented dvds - in sequential order, no sport interuptions, no missed episodes, etc

You have to wait a while for the episodes to be released. Its much easier though. Well, if you only watch a couple of shows.

Spend more time on the internet instead
