When I feel unhappy {which BTW is quite often as wizardry is not all fun and games} I think about a quote from Lord of the Rings and Philosophy...
"the elves find happiness when they trust in themselves".
True happiness has to come from the heart...that's just my feeling and it helps me get thru...hope it helps you.
