Alright, I'm sick of this, I had insomnia WITHOUT it but now that they've moved one hour forward I have to show up to work one hour earlier and I go to bed at the same time!! I was having trouble adjusting my sleep clock in NORMAL time and now this stupid idea comes along and makes it even more compliated.
