On the dvd promo that includes on the Best Of 2002 double cd History mix video theres a lot of footage from ZooTV/Zooropa:
Theres footage form the 1992-08-29 - Otuside Broadcast Yankee Stadium, you can see screens on Larry in front of the mic, so it means that probaly the whole show is filmed.
1993-07-18 Bologna, the Sarajevo link. Are there a video recording of the show?
And also the Mr MacPhisto speech "look what you done to me", are that one also from Bologna?
