I love both of the albums but Da Bomb comes out on top mainly coz of OOTS!

Some of my favorite U2 songs are on Zooropa, but overall, I find How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb to be a more consistent album, and I listen to it much more often.

I agree with that.

I absolutely love Zooropa (the song), Lemon, Stay and Dirty Day but I find HTDAAB to be a better album.

This is tough. I would think Zooropa would come out on top just b/c of Dirty Day but then I have to consider Miracle Drug.

I find it easier to listen to Da Bomb straight through than Zooropa.
But! I believe the lack of Zooropa songs played on tour this year may be clouding my judgement. (The First Time was bad ass the first time I heard it though.)


Moreover, chip won't be thanking be for being indecisive in his thread b/c I have not really contributed in any sort of meaningful way.

Zoooooropaaa.......

HTDAAB is a good collection of uplifting upbeat songs that aren't held together by any common theme or concept, which is unfortunate because a theme or central idea makes any album so much more interesting IMO. Anyway, I would take 'brave and adventurous U2' any day over 'U2 being U2'!
