That's great news if it's true (although not for the UK fans), but this has also been posted by YouTwo.net

"YouTwo.net would like to warn fans against using any ticket and travel service not
approved by U2's management. We would also like to emphasize that no tour dates have been announced. We do, however, expect a tour announcement to be made in early March at U2.com."

I guess we'll just have to wait and see for the Official announcement....
