Why does U2 edit their single versions? I mean, I can understand people editing Metallica?s ?One? or Guns ?N Roses? ?November Rain?, but why edit a few (sometimes crucial) seconds out of ?Walk On?????

I seem to have messed up that subject header, ah well....

I don't know. This has always bugged me. They did it with "Stuck in a Moment..." "New Years Day" and others. You're right. They don't need to do that. There's no reason for it! I mean, what about Pink Floyd? Many of Pink Floyd's songs are NOTORIOUSLY long and they play the full versions on the radio all the time. *sniff* (But I love Pink Floyd so not complaining about that!)
