......Bono........being Bono...........got onto a huge ladder lift, that would bring him right into the crowd, and he could lean out over with a blast of air swashing his coat and hair up, revealing his white t-shirt............he could there and then sing a little 'crowd-dedication' song, before returnin to the stage......

Pity he didnt do this during Elevation's Elevation, actually.......

I really thought that something like this would hapen during the Elevation Tour. When the band was interviewed before the tour started they kept stressing "Elevating". I actually thought that there was going to be a mini b-stage with a glass floor that would be raised over the crowd...
