Why did the In God's Country video only appear on a documentary :( ?

I was watching outside it's america and the video every time floors me ! The imagery was awesome......

Why is it you think that the video only made it to that Documentary and didnt make it to regular airtime ?

Wasn't the song only released as a single in a couple of countries? It didn't come out here in the UK, even though you could definitely get it on import at the time (I still have my 7-inch single with the import sticker on it!). Maybe that has something to do with it? Was the video that's in 'Outside it's America' definitely never shown on, say, MTV in the places where it was released?

How can I get a copy of that again? I know I have a copy back home in NJ with my folks but I have no idea how to explain to them what tape it's on. I love when Bono sings "Oh Jeanie. . . .guacomole!"
