I've been lucky enough to attend the last two.
Indianapolis 2001
Chicago 2005

Indy was fun because of the Hugh Hefner version of Mysterious Ways and the glitter throwing. Chicago was of coarse filmed for
the DVD and it was a great night. How Hamish managed to turn a joyous U2 crowd into a bunch of stiffs is beyond me. One things for sure, whenever and wherever the next one is, I'll be there.

So I know someone out there's been to more than 2.
