Where Does U2 Place In Your Top 5

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

okay.... I don't... have a favorite. I just love great music. So in a kind of order of what I love-

-Silverchair (1999-present only)
-U2
-Rustic Overtones
-Zeppelin
-Beatles (later stuff)
-Incubus
-Tony Bennett
-Muse
-Ella Fitzgerald
-Bruce Springsteen (Sessions band only)

I could go on but I won't.

Sorry, but Coldplay is the worst thing to happen to music since Limp Biscuit.

Why not? Do you not listen to any other artists?
yea, I do....I was just kidding. I have a huge spectrum of music I listen to.

Rage Against the Machine
Disturbed
Foo Fighters (Who I just recently started liking because of my 9 year old)
Pink Floyd
Pearl Jam
Nirvana

ohhhh, I could go on and on.

There are other new artists I can't remember the names of. I have XM radio and I just love listening to "The Verge"

1. U2

Then it's much more an album release/tour/day-of-the-week/mood thingy, but averaging out-

2. The Verve
3. Bruce Springsteen
4. Radiohead
5. Echo and the Bunnymen

U2 will always be my number #1. I guess, that'll never change. :D

2 to XX it's: Radiohead, Bob Marley, Depeche Mode, REM among others. Amazing to see how popular Bruce Springsteen (still) is in the US. Certainly not a big hit in Scandinavia.

1. U2 (obviously) :drool::hyper:

Daylight...

2. Matchbox Twenty

More Daylight...

3. Coldplay
4. The Killers :D

:applaud:

U2 are always on Top for me since 1999. I try to find someone/a band that sounds close to them but obviously I failed. No one can compare to them, I don't mean that in a technical sense, but it's more about the mind/soul thing.

The other bands that I really like:

Suede
Pulp
The Beautiful South

Then, miles away are:

Snow Patrol/Muse/Feeder

Back
Top Bottom
