I feel that a lot of U2's songs express what I'm feeling, or who I am as a person. Like "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" is a great example for me. It's a song that has many meanings for me, and it just hits it on the head. So now you can share

Streets, Bad, One, Numb, Still Haven't Found, WOWY, So Cruel... haha most of them describe me in some way, but the ones I listed would prolly be the best :D

Surrender

She tried to be a good girl and a good wife
Raise a good family
Lead a good life
It's not good enough
She got herself up on the 48th floor
Gotta find out
Find out what she's living for

Also Beautiful Day, Do You Feel Loved, Stuck, So Cruel

I guess it depends on what's going on in my life at the time

Out of Control, Bad, Still Haven't Found, Stuck in a Moment...among others.

Has to be WHERE THE STREETS HAVE NO NAME and WALK ON...I'm in a very get up and go mood, especially since I've moved away to Uni, I can't be doing with staying in the same place for very long!

Walk On matches my attitude adn motivation!

Acrobat......it sounds like what I feel like in my head. I'm kind of both voices in the song, it's like a constant battle with myself.

Don't believe what you hear
Don't believe what you see
If you just close your eyes
You can feel the enemy
When I first met you girl
You had fire in your soul
What happened your face
Of melting in snow
Now it looks like this

And you can swallow
Or you can spit
You can throw it up
Or choke on it
And you can dream
So dream out loud
You know that your time is coming 'round
So don't let the bastards grind you down

No, nothing makes sense
Nothing seems to fit
I know you'd hit out
If you only knew who to hit
And I'd join the movement
If there was one I could believe in
Yeah I'd break bread and wine
If there was a church I could receive in
'cause I need it now

To take a cup
To fill it up
To drink it slow
I can't let you go
I must be an acrobat
To talk like this
And act like that
And you can dream
So dream out loud
And don't let the bastards grind you down

Oh, it hurts baby
(What are we going to do now it's all been said)
(No new ideas in the house and every book has been read)

And I must be an acrobat
To talk like this
And act like that
And you can dream
So dream out loud
And you can find
Your own way out
You can build
And I can will
And you can call
I can't wait until
You can stash
And you can seize
In dreams begin
Responsibilities
And I can love
And I can love
And I know that the tide is turning 'round
So don't let the bastards grind you down

I love every U2 album, but it wasnt until ATYCLB that they actually started to speak to me! I dont know how many times Ive driven to work crying (i have my moments there) and put this album on - my God Stuck is for me! in fact the first four tracks are mine. I cant put into words how they have pulled me out of the depths of dispair.

Beautiful Day reminds me how I feel about life - dont let it get away!
