I fell in love once. That was particularly scary.

PURPLE dress my dear.

I'd never wear pink!

Unless it was Pink the singer... now I'd wear her anytime

all I my life I've been obsessed with movies and music...I've always wanted to be an actor or writer....well this past month I finally decided to take the first step, I auditioned for a play I heard about, and I got the role, I got the part within the first 10 min, I have no experience or training....now I'm in over my head and opening night is on feb 14th and we'll be performing for 300 people including the mayor on opening night....pretty ballsy I thought...and the weird part is that I'm not scared at all..

I'm afraid that most of the things I've done like that involved lots of booze. OK, this had no alcohol involved, and wasn't that daring. Last fall (2000) my roommates and I were bored so we drove down to a nearby pumpkin farm and stole 30 (yes 30) pumpkins (it was night of course). Later we decided to play some games with these lovely pumpkins, so we played Billy Corrigan ball, which involved smashing our pumpkins in our street (a main road in town--pretty busy) and having cars run over them, and also throwing the mess at each other. Yes, the life of college students is quite thrilling. At least we were sober for that.

When I was 18, I got drunk at a friend's graduation party and did a karaoke duet of "Have I Told You Lately That I Love You" (or whatever that song is called) with a local police officer and grabbed his butt.

Everytime I saw him after, he would look at me, smile, and sing that song. *lol*

And for REALLY daring...

I went and met mikal and drank with him.

My first tattoo was pretty daring. It's a small star on my right forearm. So NOT a big deal, but I was only twenty. I'd been talking about it for years, and so finally my friends bundled me into the car and took me up to Sunset Blvd. They paid the 25 (!) bucks and we did it. Or, rather, I did it. It hurt like hell, but even as the guy was doing it, I knew I'd be back for more.

My parents shit themselves, especially my dad. Only really, really BAD girls had tattoos when he was young, so that meant his daughter was going bad right in front of him. They eventually dealt with it, but the second one two years later really pissed off my dad. The third one when I was 35 and married was no big deal. Whaddya know.

During the 2000 Presidental Debates, I traveled up to St. Louis to protest Ralph Nader's exclusion. I was surrounded by thousands of protestors and it almost turned into one of the those scenes many people witnessed in Italy this past year. There were armed police officers and it felt very scary, but I loved the idea of standing up for what I believed. I think it took balls to take part in an activity that could have easily turned into a violent escapade.

* I kissed my German teacher in high school

* I went to a nude beach with my two best friends and one of their older sisters (all of whom i had never seen totally naked and quite frankly never cared to up until that point). holy crap, what a crazy and uncomfortable experience...and i'd do it again...after numerous shots of whiskey
