This has probably been posted before, but I was confidently assured by posters on here previously that the video made for Red Hill Mining Town did not exist, was a chimera, a fantasy that only existed in the mind of Neil Jordan , or that it did once exist but had been destroyed, etc.

Well well well what have we here:-

Apologies if this is old news to most people here, but I haven't been keeping very up to date.

Yep, old news. Shame on you, you're premium, you can use the search feature. :p

The video was promptly wheeled back into the U2 vault three days after its release.

You know, it wasn't actually as bad as I had hoped.

I know, the badness was overhyped, it could never have been truly bad enough to live up to my expectations. :(

Still great though. :lmao:

Whenever I hear the expression "canary in a coal mine" I always think of that shot in the video and just

But your right Gav, Stuck was waaaaay more aweful - especially because it wasn't in the 80s and thus they have no excuse for it's awefulness. :tsk:

I like how they force Larry to just stand there and hit that pole through the entire video. The crew probably left him behind to go shoot the canary scene.
