Walk On... By?

Has anyone ever heard this song? It sounds to be an early outtake of North and South of the River, but they say Walk On By in the chorus.
Back when ATYCLB came out I tried to download Walk On, and I clicked on a file that said "Walk On" and waited for it to finish. When I went to listen to it, something totally different played, sounding like how I described.
Does anyone know anything about this song? It is a killer tune, and even sounds like the Edge singing, though I know it isn't.

I think it's the song from the Salome Outtakes with the Fan Working Title "Take Today." And I always thought it was Edge singing on some parts of it.

It is north and south of the river, but to really hear the similarity you have to listen to the Omagh version.
