just curious what everyone thinks -
Walk On from the album
or re-recorded as on the 7 ep.
i like the 7 ep version .

I like them both. I miss the intro and the "Home is where the hurt is" on the single version, but I also really like the Hallelujahs and the piano on the single.

I don't really like either version. But I'd have to say I like the album version better.

I just wanna know why there is no guitar solo on the single.:|

I definitely prefer the album version, despite the somewhat clumsy opening. How could they cut out the guitar solo and the 'Home' parts? They were beautiful!

If you like the album version but wish the Hallelujahs were at the end, listen to this 'definitive' version that someone made up a couple of year's ago.

i love guitar solos, but the solo in walk on always felt a little deliberate and clumsy to me - i don't miss it on the single version. that version just feels so much more complete...

For me, they are all great mixes, but the one that ALWAYS get me rockin' is the Tribute to Heroes version. "See you when I get home Sister!"

So, for this arguement I'd pick the "7" version.

That is exactly what I was hoping somebody would do!!! Thank you! This is definitely my favorite now. It's the best of both worlds.
