Vertigo on iTUNES Friday?

So for the few weeks inbetween Vertigos radio release and the date it will be available to purchase you will only listen to the song as and when its played on the radio?

I think tkramer ment he'd rather pay 99 cents for a cd-quality version of Vertigo from iTuners(as would I!).

What's the quality of tracks on iTunes? I was told they're just 128k MP3, so I'd rather record off an online radio feed. I'm not giving some website my money when I can get it for free.

Got this off of itunes website -

AAC encoded files will sound as good as or better than MP3 files encoded at the same or even a higher bit rate. For example, a 128 kbps AAC file should sound as good as or better than a 160 kbps MP3 file. Because the bit rate is lower, the AAC file will also be smaller than the MP3 file. AAC files allow you to store the most music on your hard disk or iPod. The High Quality AAC setting creates files that are usually less than 1 MB for each minute of music. The High Quality MP3 setting creates files that are about 1 MB in size for each minute of music.

me I'm more of a u2 whore - no wait I'm not getting paid for this so I'm back to a u2 slut - and I'm not ashamed of this fact. I will buy
1. Any new itunes release/B-sides/"exculsives"
2. Vertigo single in all media formats - if there is an eight track - I'm there
3. All magazines with u2 featured - even if feature only states "the new u2 album - due out this fall"
4. Future singles- again all formats
5. The LP off itunes (since it will be available before the stores open)
6. An actual hard copy of the LP

we have not even got into the tour....

so see? U2 slut.
