I just picked up the new issue of VANITY FAIR on bookstands. The article on u2 is a good one, kind of a history of the band as written by an author who has interviewed them a number of times since 1983. I have to attend to my sick girlfriend for awhile (yes, ball and chain...) but when I get back I will try and make scans or type the article out.

About the new album: no new information really.....
"It has 11 soaring, melodic, complex, strong songs. There are plans for a year long, worldwide tour to start in March 2005..."

I just skimmed through the pages really but the funniest thing that popped out was Larry Mullen said: "I want to retract the statement I made to you in 1987 about not wanting to be known for my looks. Now I absolutely want to be known for my looks."

More to come....

Scans, scans! (It's always nice when Larry shows that he does actually have a sense of humor...)
