OK, here's the ultimate sin. My U2 albums ranking:

Which isn't to say I dislike any of them. I even love ATYCLB. So am I damned or am I damned?

I'm not ranking anything, but I will disclose a "sin":

I don't ever want to hear "Where The Streets Have No Name" played live ever again...certainly not on this tour, anyway. I can think of dozens of U2 songs I'd rather hear the band play, and "Streets" just isn't doing it for me, anymore. I think it's gotten stale, tired, and semi-boring; I was also disappointed with what had (for me) become a very worn-out production design for the song, but now there's a new production design...which is HIDEOUS. Whatever. I'll take it, cuz it's a great song...but I sure as hell won't like it (...as much as I should).

Well, being your fellow heathen in U2 sinning, I think your list is good! October is grossly under-rated.

Nope. I think I have you beaten on the pathway to hell (and probably everyone else on this site too ).

I've never actually even heard ATYCLB or Pop, and when I did hear Actung Baby I didn't like it enough to keep it... And I very rarely sell off albums I don't like either.


So off to hell I'm going...

Man... this one's even worse than Axver's horrible list. I think you people bump up underrated albums on purpose. My thoughts have always been... I don't care if Achtung is overrated, it IS the best! which would lead me to....

5. Rattle & Hum...... even Love Rescue Me.
6. Unforgettable Fire.... would be higher up if it weren't for the overplayed Pride or the boring Elvis Presley
7. Boy
8. Zooropa.... This would be higher up if it was an EP consisting of Zooropa, tracks 3-6 and the First Time.

10. HTDAAB.... Good but recycled, hence low
11. ATYCLB.... no need for explanation
