Ok, a similar post has got me think'. If U2 did do a Unplugged session one time, what songs would you want them to rearrange acoustically?

So...15 songs (includes encore). What do you think? Im not sure just yet so I will reply later...

I wa thinking about this not too long ago. I was trying to decided whether or not I would like U2 to do an Unplugged. If they did, the MUST songs would have to be:
One
Stuck in a Moment
and Please.

If they didn't play those three songs, I don't know what I would do! They sound soooo great when the band performs them acoustically!

Well, I think that what is really a trip with "unplugged" sets is when bands take songs that are music intensive and strip[ it down and still pull it off. An example of this to me is Incubus' acoustic "Pardon Me".
I totally think U2 would do a stirring unplugged set, and I chose songs that are somre of my favorites, or are hard to imagine unplugged. Here's the list:

Beautiful Day
In A Little While
Walk On
Gone
Do You Feel Loved
I Will Follow
Lemon
Ultraviolet
One
Like A Song
Tomorrow
Gloria
Sunday Bloody Sunday
One Tree Hill
Bad

I must say Malibu Whortense deffinetly has the most interesting list of 'em all... probably the 10 songs that you would least expect to see done in an accustic set, would deffinetly be a sight to see, er, hear.

You know...if U2 ever did do one, they would have another album in the can. I mean Eric Clapton did one, and his unplugged set won Best Album of the Year. U2 can easily do that! Bono's voice is amazing, and they are absolutely wonderful when they just go off and throw random things in songs. (I.E, on the Boston DVD, when Bono and Edge do In A Little While, I lOVE IT when Bono's voice goes high and Edge does the low part when they sing "only love").

Can you just imagine Bono with just a mic, Edge with acoustic as well as Adam, and Larry on bongo drums???? Maybe there should be a petition sent to MTV....

that's not real beauty...There is beauty to be found in everyday things."
