The snippet lawsuit is regarding "Send in the Clowns," which he sang during Electric Co on the Blood Red Sky video.
didn't they use clips from a different Riefenstahl film and not triumph of the will? i might be wrong there but it hought they used it from one of her olympic films.

I'm almost positive Tomorrow is written for his mother. I'm pretty sure I heard from some interview with them that they did.... not to mention the tone of the song and the lyrics fit the subject matter.
