STAY (FAR AWAY, SO CLOSE - LYRIC LEGEND

nightninja56 : Green light, Seven Eleven,
You stop in for a pack of cigarettes.
JanuaryStar : You don't smoke, don't even want to.
Hey now, check your change.
BonosLil'Pal94/Lila64 : Dressed up like a car crash
Your wheels are turnin' but you're upside down.
Got Philk? : You say when he hits you, you don't mind
Because when he hurts you, you feel alive.
Oh no, is that what it is?

Sicy : Red light, grey morning
You stumble out of a hole in the ground.
PlaTheGreat : A vampire or a victim
It depends on who's around.
waynetravis : You used to stay in to watch the adverts
You could lip synch to the talk shows. And if you look, you look through me
And when you talk, you talk at me.
~BrightestStar~And when I touch you, you don't feel a thing.

If I could stay, then the night would give you up.
ThoraSEB : Stay, and the day would keep its trust.
Stay, and the night would be enough.

Miringeltje : Faraway, so close
Up with the static and the radio.
unico : With satellite television
You can go anywhere:
Zootlesque : Miami, New Orleans
London, Belfast and Berlin

bono_212 : And, if you listen, I can't call.
And, if you jump, you just might fall.
DreamOutLoud13 : And, if you shout, I'll only hear you.

If I could stay, then the night would give you up.
unico : Stay, and the day would keep its trust.
Stay with the demons you drowned.
LemonMelon : Stay with the spirit I found.
Stay, and the night would be enough.

Miringeltje : Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh

~BrightestStar~ : Three o'clock in the morning
It's quiet and there's no one around.
Sicy : Just the bang and the clatter
As an angel runs to ground.
U2vertigofly : Just the bang and the clatter
As an angel hits the ground.

Backing vocals by JanuaryStar and Pla The Great

That was almost too good...I think we're losing sight of the goal here people!

I'm just kidding, that was so freakin' amazing!

May I get a link for Angel of Harlem? (Thank you, Miringeltje)

That was a cool video for Fast Cars.

Yeah, Pfan nailed it. I couldn't hear him all that well because his mic was screwy, but I got the idea. :hi5:

I have like a cheap-o microphone my brother bought for school. I hooked it up, stood about eight feet away, and did the part.

8 feet?? Sounded like the mic ws in your mouth

When I first recorded it, I blew out my own eardrums, so I re-recorded it eight feet away.

It was still apparently loud. Then again, I don't have the greatest sense of hearing.
