U2 karaoke... who does it?

I've sung a few U2 covers at a bar, I've done Desire and I Will Follow...

Has anyone added the live touches that U2 does to their songs too? Like when I sang "I Will Follow" I basically sang it as if it was sung in Milan...

Desire I included the lyric "With a red guitar, sometimes vanilla"

I'll usually sing a U2 song when I go out for karaoke with friends, but I don't usually add anything to it. I've done:

The Ground Beneath Her Feet

A lot of the songs they usually have in the books are too low for me to sing, so I have to be judicious in which U2 songs I pick.

I karaoke. Disco and big dumb pop songs are my preferred musical style. Last night's highlight?

Not that i ever take much notice of Karaoke on the few occasions am out these days.........but i can honestly say i have NEVER heard any u2 songs sang on karaoke nights.

Let's see, I've mangled Desire, I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, and there was an impromptu rendition of Vertigo once in a bar with two other U2 nerds that I'd like to forget about.
