U2 in the Top 50 this week ??

womanfish, sting, doctorwho, and other chart watchers:

Would it surprise you if U2, after their crazy stretch of running up the charts the last few weeks, didnt make the Top 50 on the Billboard 200 chart this week ?? I would be a little surprise after their latest increases and position of 53 last week, but I guess I've come to expect more after not expecting much a month ago.

Nothing surprises me anymore. The charts have jaded me

But I am sticking with my statement from last week. All the indicators that I have seen, show ATYCLB rising again this week (slightly) and then decreasing next week.

It looks like my guess may be pretty good too. I just looked at Hitsdailydouble and they show the album at number 48 (up from 50 on their chart last week).

It is still early so we shall see, but I expect to see them at about number 49 or 50 on the Billboard chart this Thursday.
