U2 in Japan

Great clip on the band during the War Tour. Insights and comments on their songs, how they wrote them, symbolisms and meanings. Even Adam makes comments! Stick through the Pride song, because at the end Bono returns with more comments.

"My name is The Guitar and I play the Edge..."

wow thats cool how they explain the imagery in the songs.

It seems from the get go that its bono n edge and larry n adam. they didnt say a word. It makes me wonder if one half is where the music comes from and the other is just a supplement. id like to see a documentary on the creative process of one of the records and see what theyre like behind closed doors.

Probably the closest you will get to that is what I highly recommend the dvd "classic albums:U2 the joshua tree" in which Bono and the Edge actually go in great detail over how the songs were written, together with Daniel Lanois, Brian Eno who helped produced the album.
You can currently get it on half.com for $1.76 only. http://product.half.ebay.com/Classic...#othereditions
