Wow this is SO weird!
I was actually thinking of resurrecting the Heartland thread today, that's why I opened the EYKIW-forum, only to find it on the front page!

Oh.. I've always loved Heartland. One of my favs. Whenever I hear the bassline and then Edge come in.. I get goosebumps. I think it's an incredible, almost haunting song.

Have they ever done this one live?

It has only been snippeted once, at the start of Where The Streets Have No Name, 13 October 1989, Melbourne.

Heartland's lovely to listen to when you're really depressed and need to be picked up.
 
Well, yes it is quite soothing although is does come with a healthy dose of:drool: :drool:
 
Heartland: enough to make a sad and nervous Axver happy.
